The location is perfect, right in the centre and close to everything. It is near the train station and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. You can easily explore the city without having to travel far.
One negative aspect is the size of the rooms. They are quite small and cramped, leaving very little space to move around or place your luggage.

the location was fantastic, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was also very lively and full of tourists, which added to the vibrant atmosphere. Another great aspect was the helpful and friendly staff, who always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the room was clean and had a nice view of the street.
There were a few things that didn't meet my expectations. the bedsheets had a strange smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite off-putting.

The personnel at the hotel went the extra mile to make our stay as vegans comfortable. The hotel's location in the center was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast had a good amount of food with some delicious options. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, making communication easy. Special thanks to Rauf for accommodating an early check-in and assigning a great single room to us. The hotel also arranged a transfer to the airport, which was a nice touch.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with modern furnishings. The hotel is undergoing renovation, which means they are constantly improving their facilities. The location is excellent; close to shopping areas and public transportation. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
